Artisphere 15.2

When we moved to Greenville, we had no idea the arts were such a big deal. Our first year here was only Artisphere’s second. It’s grown in size and popularity to be one of the top-rated art festivals in the country. No better way for an art nerd and friends to spend a beautiful afternoon!

Thousands wander Main Street, enjoying the beautiful afternoon and over 120 artist and crafts booths.

Reedy-View

More galleries, chalk sidewalk artists, and live music along the Reedy River.

Really, there's more that can be seen in one afternoon.

Greenville’s Municipal Arts Council holds its One-Stop Show open to artists who’ve participated in the annual Open Studios event in November. As an alum (and hopefully future participant), I got to enter a small painting. All art entered must be 12″ x 12″. Really cool to see such a wide variety of subject matter and styles presented within a consistent format.
