Panama City

I grew up in Burbank around the movie industry. I’ve known lots of people who worked in the biz. I worked in the biz. One of the coolest things to do is get invited onto a backlot. Or sometimes, if you’re a kid and find a hole in the fence, just invite yourself. Anyway, wandering around empty movie sets that are currently between gigs offers a glimpse behind the curtain, so to speak. It lets your imagination populate your own movies.

We recently visited Panama City, FL. It was off season. Very off season. A place set up to entertain vast summertime vacation crowds is pretty empty in early February. Kinda like an empty movie set between gigs.
