We rented a cabin outside of Ellijay.
Ellijay is in the mountains of northern Georgia.
There’s lots to do in the mountains.
Unlike in town where you have to go out to find things to do, in the mountains, things find you.
You get visitors. Mostly small.
Some, not so small.
Mostly, there’s just a lot to see.

Loved looking at your mountain photos. Oh my goodness, you must have an excellent camera. We rented alittle cabin in Franklin NC in July and love every minute, but my pictures weren’t as impressive – LOL! no bear pics. How close were you?
Hope you two are doing well. I am not doing Open Studios this year. I moved my studio home, I have a really nice area at home now. I feel out of sorts though, but still going forth. 🙂 Getting into Licensing my images.

Laura, I have an 80 – 200 mm zoom on my camera that makes me look a lot closer and braver than I actually am. I was on the second floor deck for the bear shot. I saw one of your paintings in the new Clemson School of Nursing on the GHS campus. Nice! Licensing is a great idea!
