Here are a couple more small paintings from my “still lives” series. While the potted plants are modeled on various houseplants we have around the place, the environments I’ve painted them in are imagined. I’ve added random elements with the potted foliage to contribute to the overall composition. As with the previous, the emphasis is on color and composition.
