Another view from Assisi

We got to Assisi late in the afternoon on our last full day in Italy. It was about 7, the sun was setting, and I snapped off quite a few digital shots in the wonderful gold light. While working on these digital “paintings”, I tried to emphasize the hazy, visually softening effects of the atmosphere — something Leonardo taught us to see.
